Shipping methods

By default, shipments are handled by Starken or Blue Express (Shipping payment on delivery). If you wish to use a different shipping service, please contact us before making your purchase.

Returns due to failed delivery

If the transport service is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to our facilities, an automatic refund will be processed once the package has been received and verified.

To avoid delivery issues, we recommend that you verify that the address entered is correct and include a valid contact number.
